Sterling exists because most people making a property decision do not need more listings. They need licensed professionals who will look at the situation properly and say what they think.

Sterling Realty & Property Management works with owners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey across the full life of a property: acquiring it, operating it, improving it, and eventually releasing it.

That combination is the point. A brokerage that never manages property tends to undervalue how a home actually runs. A management company that never sells tends to forget what buyers will pay for. Doing both keeps the advice grounded.

The practice is intentionally small. Fewer clients means you work directly with the two licensed Realtors behind Sterling, and decisions are not delegated to whoever happens to be available.

Chris and Ari are both licensed real estate professionals. Chris brings broker leadership, market judgment, property-management experience, and direct accountability. Ari brings Realtor representation alongside extensive marketing, entrepreneurial, investment, and operating experience.

They work as a coordinated two-person team while maintaining clear brokerage responsibilities. Chris is the Broker/Owner of Sterling Realty. Ari is a licensed Realtor working with the Sterling team.

Chris is awesome! She cares more about making sure your find the right house. She listens to what you, walks through homes with you as if she is buying herself. She would open cabinets, closets, and pull out her flashlight to go into craw spaces. Chris is very knowledgeable and could answer questions about the house, not just cosmetic, but septic systems, pumps, water heaters, what’s code, etc. In this market, it was has hard finding the right home.
