We hired Chris as our listing agent for a very unique investment property. She was knowledgeable about the market for the area where we were selling and her listing price was spot on. The property sold in less than a week. She stuck with us through the inspections and appraisals, giving advice and referrals for work as needed. We highly recommend Chris to list your property.
