Chris is awesome! She cares more about making sure your find the right house. She listens to what you, walks through homes with you as if she is buying herself. She would open cabinets, closets, and pull out her flashlight to go into craw spaces. Chris is very knowledgeable and could answer questions about the house, not just cosmetic, but septic systems, pumps, water heaters, what’s code, etc. In this market, it was has hard finding the right home. Chris helped us to stay on track, and reminded us that the right home will come along. She present options when making an offer to ensure that you had the best opportunity.
