Privacy Policy
Sterling collects only what is needed to respond to you properly, and treats it with the same discretion we bring to every client conversation.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, situation, timing, property address where relevant, your written description, and your consent selections.
Each submission also carries basic context about how it reached us — the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and a submission timestamp. This exists so inquiries are routed to the right person and nothing is lost.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to provide the services you ask about, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates for owners. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the practice, or where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed brokerage, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from optional updates, at any time. Every optional message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Contact
For any privacy question or request, use the consultation form and mark it as a privacy request. We will respond promptly.
